Vision Boarding Workshop

Saturday 15th July
10.30 – 14.00

Join us by the river this summer for a fun, creative few hours putting together the visions and experiences you’d like in your life.

Vision Boarding is a great way to let the subconscious surface and to explore
what you want for your next stage in life. Finding images represented in
magazines and leaflets is a mindful and creative way of exploring your
personal desires, goals and brushing away any blocks preventing you from
achieving your full potential. Working as a group can be inspirational and
supportive too.

We will start with an introduction and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
session to help clear any blocks to your vision.

Includes a light lunch & cake, of course!

Materials provided, however if you have any old magazines or leaflets
hanging around please bring them along to share.

Investment – £50.00 per person or bring a friend £90
