Blessing for 2018

Wishing you a Fabulous 2018

I hope you were able to spend quality time with your loved ones and friends, which is what Christmas is mostly about after all.

First of all, I have a  New Year GIFT for you – A 50ml ‘YAY’  Spritzer with all One/One sessions in January. This is a product I’ve been making for a couple of years now and have proved very effective and popular.

So, now that all the festivities are over, it’s time to get back to business.

If, like me, all the jobs have mounted up while the parties and family gatherings have been going on, getting back to your computer can feel a little overwhelming!

Here’s an extra BACH remedy suggestion to help get you on the way.

ELM helps to calm that feeling of overwhelm and responsibilities, possibly followed by the inadequacy which may often then set in.

Can also be added to a YaY spritzer

Select your own personal BACH mix (up to 7) of Bach Remedies. This can now be ordered directly from my UPDATED website

Please take a look anyway, and I’d be most grateful for any feed back.

ONE to ONE sessions are available from January 8th – see fees on the site.

There are still spaces on the Introductory BACH FLOWER workshop, taking place on  26th and 27th January. All booking information here. By learning about all 38 remedies, you will be able to support yourself, pets, friends and family throughout the year with confidence.

Juicy Gathering – Friday 16th February

VITAL HEALTH Retreat In Spain – March 20 – 24th

Again, I will be facilitating a delicious RAW Juice & Blending programme, which will support and add to your week of inner and outer cleansing… in the sun. Booking and more information here.

You can also learn more about Vital Health here, and watch a short video I made here.

However it’s the time of year when we can sometimes feel a little lost in our direction.

Wild Oat can help with this feeling.

Dr. Bach says: You’re undecided as to why to do (or, indeed if you’re doing the right thing!). Things are not clear, causing despondency and dissatisfaction. You are talented and ambitious, have tried many things, but none seem to bring happiness, you might become frustrated and depressed, and can even feel bored.

This remedy will help to bring back a sense of calm and usefulness, and may even settle you into what you’re already doing!
